At the beginning of March 2015, a cooperation was initiated with neurological centers in Slovakia. The aim of the project was detection of atrial fibrillation in patients after cryptogenic cerebral vascular accident (CVA).
Through long-term ECG monitoring, lasting on average 14 days, 200 patients already have been examined to date in both home and hospital settings using our services and devices.
The involved cardiologists and neurologists gain through the cooperation an overview and detailed data about their patients after CVA. This information can be used for consultation and better adjustment of further medical and surgical procedures.
We are pleased that the project is still in progress and the cooperation works in the fourth hospital already.
